Both my wife and I have had calls from this number. Seems very dodgy, comes up with the + sign. They let it ring and then ring off straight away.

Someone or robot rang from 96723345 on my moby, but I never answer or return call if I don't know the number. If it is a genuine caller, they will leave a message on my voicemail...so I ignore all unknowns. It is the only policy in this Irritating Technology Age.

Got a missed call from this number this afternoon, and earlier last week. Tried to call back on both occasions but the call is immediately terminated on the receiving line. Have blocked the number from my phone and would suggest others do the same. Forums suggest the number is nothing more than a marketing ploy.

I have had this number calling a few times now and research shows that this call comes from the Aden area of Yemen but it is an incomplete number (it's at least 2 digits short of a supposedly valid number format). As indicated by a few other contributors, this is a marketing vehicle, at best, and could cost you if you answer it - put a block on it if you can or otherwise ignore it.

Constantly receive calls from all sorts of different numbers, some of which are international numbers. If I don't know the number I never answer. I google the and then block it if it's random cold callers. I understand they are businesses that want to make money but bombarding people is not the way to go about it.

It is 100% impossible to copy a sim without having the IMSI & KI numbers. One is found 'Printed' on the sim! the other is digital and requires downloaded software on your pc read.
Then you need to take the sim 'out' then you need to buy and use an $15-$20 sim cloning device(about the size of a small phone) input the IMSI & KI numbers and wait!
CLONING A SIM FROM A CALL CAN NOT BE DONE!!
Nor can they copy any of your phone data from a call or a call back..
Use you brains really!!

After the call, the number is confirmed, a hacker COULD manipulate coding & copy/control sim (not all sims, & needs set up to do so), but isn't totally impossible....

I too have seen a sim cloning warning today on Facebook about this number. Whether true or not, I have no clue. But the fact that they hang up when answered is dodgy. My brother answered a number like this a few weeks ago and then a few days later had a phone bill over 16k for data being used in the states apparently from his phone and sim when he was in the uk.
