Calling on behalf of energy company from before we moved house, they completely messed up our bills and payments, agreed to wipe arrears when we moved and now being harassed by lcs via phone and texts weekly. I just block and ignore as we have a letter stating arrears have been cleared which lcs dont seem interested in.

I meant to say f s a in previous post but it says far.I don't think they understand that their behaviour is illegal and they can be fined heavily. So if you get their crap contact them with the reference, refuse to give YOUR name and tell them straight to sod off or you will go to the fsa and ombudsman.

Kept writing about a debt 2 SEPARATE TENANTS OWED to brit gas .REFUSED to listen to the landlord telling them that they were never a couple and both were gone ages ago! Sent a very aggressive h c woman banging my door (same time every Tuesday morning for weeks) .I was not going to give my name as its not their damned business but I just snapped and sent email ordering them to stop pestering me or I will go to far and ombudsman. I am STILL AWAITING RESPONSE TWO WEEKS LATER.

During a disputes over a measly £30.49 with Scottish power this company persistently phoned although Scottish power told us no one should be calling or sending letters until outcome decided. Highly motivated for money regardless of amount or in Scottish 'pure money grabbing cow!' LIES and guessed about why we potentially owe money in the first place and threatened with ccj's. called Scottish power and recorded call stating any further correspondence from debt companies and Scottish power would be billed £10per minute . Scottish power lassie seemed nice enough and understood my reasoning. Now awaiting for LCS to try threaten me again before invoicing them and Spower.
