   This was a repeat call. I recognised the voice, as he recognised mine. A year ago I upset a cold caller who stated that he would put my number on as many cold call number lists as he could. I wonder if there is a link

   I also got a call from this number at 8:09PM this evening, but didn't actually answer as I didn't know who was phoning me.
   
   This number is registered as the official fax number belonging to Shoes Zone Ltd in Leicester, UK, a shoe retailer with over 50 staff.

   The number is a fax number for a firm the call was not selling anything but hung up very quick
