Told me he was from Windows but when i challenged him he told me he was getting very angry with me and wanted to use slang words. Then told me he needed money and I should give him some as people like me are rich because the government gives me money. Got even more aggressive when I said no . I asked him where he was from and he said South Africa !!Could have been really scary for old person

No message Left on my Voicemail-HENCE Bypassing TPS rules.
Calling back their No was rewarded with a RECORDED Message telling me "THE CALL YOU RECEIVED RELATES TO SALES & MARKETING.THERES NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. WE MAY OR MAY NOT CALL YOU AGAIN.IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT OF RECEIVING FURTHER MESSAGES FROM US PLEASE PRESS 9 ON YOUR PHONE. IF YOU WISH TO STOP RECEIVING ALL SALES AND MARKETING CALLS YOU CAN REGISTER YOUR NUMBER WITH TPS FREE OF CHARGE".
They are havving a LAUGH at us and sticking two fingers up at bot TPS and ICO who are POWERLESS to Act in these circumstances as I was not played this message until I rang them back on the Nuimber revealed through 1471 Service.

They called me with a pre-recorded message claiming to be a tax refund thing. Press 5 to continue or 9 to unsubscribe. I have a feeling pressing either number would have cost me dearly.

Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option. Incredibly annoying spam likely to cost me a lot of money if I make any selection. Watching my phone bill closely to be sure they are not charging me already. How do I block this number?

had a call from this number today ie 0121314099 8th feb2013 - I didn't answer it.
These unknown calls get on my nerves - I have caller display and only answer numbers I know.
I still get lots each day where they don't give there number. -
These people have called me 3 times this week and I am going mental with all these calls. The TPS seems unable to do anything. I am ex directory and when people call me my number is with held so how the hell do these people get my number ?
