   Caller rang saying they were from Studio and that I had missed a payment. When I told the caller I would pay online they became abrupt like they were trying to intimidate me. I later rang Studio using the customer service number on their site; the lady I spoke to told me that Studio don't ring their customers unless they've requested a callback.

   Called saying they were from the Studio and asked for someone who I’ve not heard of. Told them they had the wrong number. Then wanted my address or just the postcode to ensure that I wasn’t receiving mail for this lady. Told them no and that I wanted my number removed. Was told they’d only remove it if I’d confirm my address. Told them no & asked to speak to a supervisor. Put on hold & chap came back saying my phone number had been removed - we shall see.

   Completely legitimate number for Studio Catalogue. Lady called as I had missed a payment by mistake. Was fantastic & even waived the default fees when I explained I had simply forgotten. 100% SAFE GENUINE NUMBER

   Received the call just before 9 pm. Straight away could hear wind. So knew straight away if it was studio they'd be in a call center with a 03 number. Not 01254 302200. He knew my name and asked me to confirm address. I refused and said I do everything online. He hung up.

   Missed the call. The call came in at was just before 9pm. Even (I’m not saying this is but) if this was a valued call to be made, to ring at such an hour, is a joke. I say if you think you owe money contact the company yourself. Too many scams going on at the minute to be trusted answering unknown numbers.

    Two text messages received from this company now stating my full name and saying my account is now overdue and telling me to make payment straight away. I don’t owe them anything. I have contacted them and received no response.

    Do not trust this company. They hand our personal details like addresses to random Landline numbers that they call and then continually harass for money not due

    This is a number that calls pretending to be Studio saying that i owe money when i don't even have an account with them. This can be extremely daunting when thinking you owe money when you don't this can affect elderly people and cause distress for them as a result of this call.

    Keep calling and stating another person's name. Insist on me providing my address and details which I refuse. Constant calls up to 506 times a week

    I putting Unknown... As it seems this is the number used when looking for an account holder or missed payments...
    
    I am not happy with the amount of times they call... I am not the woman they are looking for and because I refused to continue the call, they are continuing call 3 to 4 times a day even though I have blocked their number and they can't get through.

    Phone me almost everyday asking for Mr Watkins, when I tell them it's wrong number (never heard of the name) they start asking for my name & address (so they can remove the number from the list) I told them my address is none of their business & they still ring everyday!!

    These keep calling me and asking if I am 'Miss Heath'. I tell them that I'm not. (which is the truth) They then ask what who I am and what address they are calling. These seem far too personal details to give out to some stranger who's called me.
