   After going with this company and advertising my holiday home, I never received any enquiries whatsoever. The other disturbing point was that I kept receiving phone calls from them asking if I wanted to list my property with them - on at least 4 occasions!!!!

   I was called several times by Dream Holiday Rental. Very aggressive selling but convincing with the NHS connection and the 'NO BOOKING, FULL REFUND' guarantee. I went for it. Didn't even receive a enquiry in the first year never mind a booking. I have been chasing my refund for a year and in the meantime they have deducted another year's fee which I did not authorise but can't get back. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

   I received a call from thus number and tried to call them back but got a dead tone. Next day someone called and gave me the "sell" told him to email me the details, unfortunately I had fallen in this trap a couple of years ago with a similar sounding company and never received a single booking.

   Don't ever give your details to this company as they take unauthorised payments and don't refund them. They've been reported to the police.

   I have worked for Dream Holiday Rentals not only are they scamming people but they don't pay their staff their week in hand once they leave employment. Not a very good company to work for very boring and repetitive. You are all true that you don't get any bookings from NHS staff and if you want a refund you will be going round and round in circles and probably never see a refund. The Manager is called Asif and Deborah is the staff member that uploads your property onto Dream Holiday Rentals website. They get all their information regarding the properties and owners contact details from various website including owners direct and homeaway etc but they are the main 2 that they use. We got alot of calls daily from angry customers/property owners regarding not having any bookings and wanting refunds and the customer would get told that Asif the manager wasn't in the office when he was sat at his desk. Asif also uses different names whilst on the phone in an attempt to fob customers off. Please share this on as many other forums as possible. If you was to contact other property owners on the Dream Holiday Rentals website I sure you could all get together and let as many property owners as possible not to take up the offer of advertisement with Dream Holiday Rentals and you could also all ring up and ask for Asif and try and get a refund.    Got a cold call from a Cathy Davis from Dreamholidayrentals.co.uk, saying they would like to put our cottage on their site, that they were affiliated with NHS people looking for holidays etc., then sent email, 149 Pounds plus Vat for a listing. The site is on Alexa Ranking 5 Million plus, so nobody ever visits the site hence nobody will book, for more info go to Lay My Hat, there you find more info.

   Pretend to be working for/with the NHS. THey are not they are looking for money to advertise your holiday property on their "nhs intranet portal". Dont trust them, Google them for more info.
