Hourly calls received for 2 days so far, after I stupidly entered my correct phone number on an insurance comparison site (Quotezone - avoid at all costs). Ive never answered the calls and am unable to block them on my current phone or via my call provider, so I'm buying a phone which has call barring on it. Ridiculous to think I have to do that, but I cant be doing with hourly calls, since yesterday and starting today, Saturday morning at 9.10am.

Very insulting call operator who yelled 'THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR USING COMPARISON WEBSITES' when I politely declined his offer to improve the deal.
Use comparison websites before, and not received such a deluge of spam so not quite sure where he's coming from, but heigh-ho. -

Rang at least 7 times today. Husband paramedic and is working 12 hour night shift tonight and hardly had any sleep today. It's very unfair bothering people like this. It can have consequences. Don't really want to have to unplug our phone in case elderly family needs to contact us urgently.

Called me 5 times yesterday and 4 times (so far) today. Very annoying, even though I've asked to be taken off their list and despite being registered with the TPS they still call. Resorted to installing a call blocker app on my phone.

Pestered continually by calls from this number - several times a day. I ignore them or if I want to clear my phone, just hang up. But this IS harrassment !!!

Have been called repeatedly by this number over past 2 weeks- they left a message on my answerphone saying "So you wanted to know about bloody contents cover". I called it back and wanted to make a complaint, but they wouldn't put me on to a manager and said they would call back again!!

Fed up of silent calls that then ring off, I rang them back. It is a call centre for company called Home Insurer. They have your number if you have looked for a quote on a comparison web site, which evidently sells on the details of potential customers.
However, the girl who answered when I rang them back was quite personable and said she will remove our number from their system so we won't get called again. I'll simply have to believe her unless and until proved otherwise!
