Absolutely livid! Received a call at 7.43am from an Asian man saying he was from Windiows support. I told him in no uncertain terms that he was out of order - not only for ringing in the first place but also for ringing so early in the morning. He then mimicked my voice and took the Mickey out of me, repeating what I had just said to him. In the end I told him to f*** off.

Asian man called at 7.50 this morning and wished me a lovely day, when I told him I didn't appreciate the early call, he asked if I slept all day. After telling him that I didn't want to speak to him, he said he would call me later, even when I told him I didn't have a computer or laptop, he said he would call me later, in the end I was very rude to him and I hung up.

This number rang me yesterday, a male Indian telling me he was from Windows support, and that my computer was virus infected, I said “oh really how do you know” he then told me he has all my contact details and he needs to sort my computer before it crashes, I said “oh no how long have I had the viruses” he told me “for quite a while and if I start my computer he will guide me to them”
so that is when I informed him that in fact I had only had the computer for 10 days as I have just purchased it, and that he was a lying scumbag, he then slammed the phone down.

This Indian woman called me giving the name of Mary, telling me I had a corrupted operating system and she would sort it for me, they would run me through the process, but I was not to delete any files myself as my computer would fail on start-up, I have had calls from them on many occasions, so this time I had a go at her, I asked if her parent knew what she was doing and would they be proud of her and that her parents would not call her Mary, she should be ashamed of herself, she was trying to talk back but I had a louder voice, my last question to her was would your parents be proud of you? She put the phone down; if you block a number I am sure they just ring on another, if you block with-held numbers then NHS or genuine companies can’t get through.

After wasting his time & winding him up & telling him the message on the computer was basically calling him a dumb arse hole. Which he reply not that message the one at the bottom of the screen lol. I just said i didnt own a computer. Which he put the phone down. -

these clowns just don't take the hint, i had a call from them a month or so ago, and another today. The "English" man called "John" with a strong indian accent told me that i had a virus on the computer, i asked if talk-talk had told them to call, to which i got a reply "yes". I replied with "they'll have a job as i'm with bt", he dismissed my response as if i'd not caught him out, but he went on to say that if i didn't follow his instructions he'd have to lock my computer, so i told him to get on with it. I reported it to bt who said they can't do anything like block the number (they're useless to be honest). Just do what i do and spend as long as possible getting them to repeat over and over what they say, and wind them up as much as you can. If they call again, i might actually pretend to do what he asks and try and get some intel as to who it actually is that is calling.

The caller had a very thick accent asked me about my MAC adress, since my computer is full of viruses. At the end they wanted me to a crafted page curl on which I should download a software. I acted as if I would follow their instructions and cried sometime loud into the phone. "My computer is simply assumed" As she hung up.
