My wife received numerous calls from this number, caller insisted they were from Vodafone. We told the caller that we were not interested and he got very very aggressive
, and refused to delete my wifes details from their database After this I did some digging and found out the caller is actually calling from a company called Webhelp TSC. After complaining we finally got an apology from the company and the caller will get disciplinary action. If you wish to make a complaint the contact details are as follows:

I just got home from shopping for a new phone.I got in and took the phone out of the box and put a brand new sim card in (that was sealed and came with phone) 45 seconds after switch on I get a phone call....from the above number. I did not answer as I hadn't given my new number out to any1. I didn't even no this number yet. After second call 10 mins later I decided to ring Vodafone they have assured me it wasn't them......as others have also stated. After 3 days of having the phone I received a total of 9 calls. I didn't answer any of them and took the phone back for a refund and moved to different network. I was told by boy in Vodafone that the reuse old telephone numbers and the call was most probably not for me anyway. I didn't feel this was good enough...I don't want to b scammed I know people it's happened to via telephone calls. Do not answer this number people. ( sorry for going on...lol)

This number definately is linked to vodafone however they are mainly trying to make you upgrade your tariff. I upgraded but the miss sold the package by telling me my phone supports 4G when it doesn't and now I've spent and hour speaking to Vodafone trying to get back tariff changed back. Number is now blocked and will ring Vodafone myself from now on.

This is a telemarketing call on behalf of Vodafone. It's not technically Vodafone but some company employed by them to sell you additional items to your contract. For example I have only just got my phone with unlimited data/calls and texts and they wanted to upgrade data to 7gb for an extra 4 pounds. It's not a scam so don't worry if you've given them details its just nuisance cold calls. I checked with Vodafone and verified. All I did was blocked the number and put it in my reject list and so far I haven't received anymore calls.

After agreeing to account upgrades after a call from this number professing to be from Vodafone. I contacted vodafone via 191 despite the fact that i had not divulged any account information to the caller. The caller sold me 4G for two accounts - i then checked me account online and the pricing promised didn't seem to have been applied. I rang Vodafone on 191 and they confirmed the caller of this maorning was made representing them (3rd party) but the changes talked about HAD been made but the caller had seller had negated to mention that my tariff price HAD increased more than he stated BUT a discount had been applied at the same time to bring it down to his quoted price.
UPSHOT: legitimately calling on behalf of Vodafone (confirmed by vodafone) but be wary and i'd still recommend not divulging any personal data unless your absolutely sure. -

01332387210 - This number calls me 5 times a day, fed up and each time I answer i get a blank line then it goes dead. I am leaving vodaphone as well as three of my mates whom get this number too, here we come t mobile. Vodaphone do nothing to help, these phone companies should have a built in system to block all these numbers and a team dedicated to do it, non stop. Some oen out there can find these people making these calls, but enough is not done.

Just received a call from person saying he was from Vodafone in Derby. Told me I was a valued customer and tried to sell me a better deal than my Pay As You Go, by setting up a Direct Debit. To prove to me he was really from Vodafone, he told me the dates and the amounts of my last top ups, including the exact time. He knew as well the phone numbers of my last texts, and the exact times I sent them. Wanted my bank details to set up a Direct Debit and that was when I ended the conversation. Never give your personal details and your bank details to them!

I am 12 and this person rings me asking if I was 18 or over saying they were vodafone, obviously trying to sell something or scam. I just laughed at them and hung up the phone, I hope they don't ring me again but if they do I'll try and block their number, don't be fooled they're not Vodafone!!

I believe that Vodafone have sold on my details. My mobile number is limited to 5 friends and family only. I never use this number at all. I have no credit and have never made a call in 6 years of having this number. Its not listed and I never give this number out... not ever!!

Myself and my son are on Vodafone network. I have received several calls from this phone number. My son's number is private and only a handful of people have it eg family and close friends.
I feel that perhaps there's been an issue with Vodafone because my son NEVER receives calls from anyone he doesn't know. It's different for me cos all of the companies i deal with have my tel number.
The reason I feel it's a Vodafone issue is cos of my son getting these calls too.
The times when I have answered a call from 01332 387210, nobody speaks. Damn weird.

How else would scammers have some information about customers? That is my worry. I deal with cold callers/sales callers with the contempt they deserve so will noyt divulge any info to them. However, reading some of the comments on here, scammers have info about the person they are calling. They obtained it from somewhere, must be Vodafone.

I too am on Vodafone. Therefore, Vodafone need to investigate because our numbers have obviously been sourced from from.
