This company is not fraudulent, before you all rant, I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, they are chasing me for a gym membership I had 3 years ago that I left because after 5 yrs they hadnt fixed the air conditioning. I just cancelled my DD and walked away, 3 yrs later these clowns are chasing me, told them under NO uncertain terms to take me to court (which they wont) as the fee to do so is the same as what there chasing! best thing to do is what I do, tell them to F off, argue with them, turn the tables on them and they will get bored and drop chasing you, ask them to take you to court, let the courts decide, and if you do lose (not that it would go to court) then so be it.......

Rung back the number to see if I could get a name something like tellows. searched number found there a deb. t collection company . I don't owe anyone money

Fake company - had several calls from them normally when you answer they hang up but one time had an aggressive bloke demanding my details then swearing at me when I wouldnt give them. In the end told them to go do one. Bunch of wan&ers!

I was contacted by them 3 months ag about an existing old debt monument credit card. Made payment of £140 told them I would pay them again next month, gave them my account details, they rang me the next month and I made another payment from the same account, said I would pay outstanding balance next month. I have been away for a few weeks and when I returned home they have left me 2 messages on my works phone I then checked my emails and bank statements only to find out they have already took my money from my account without my authorisation. Just spoke to a guy in their call centre who says he cannot see how this has happened complaints dept are going to ring me tommorow absolutely furious I don't begrudge paying but this was unauthorised payment from my account. Be careful what you do

Had many calls from a Scotland number, debt letter for a £40 debt through talk talk and now a text, but I've never had talk talk for over 8 years and when I did have them I ended within the cooling period as back then their broadband was crap!
Only now am I getting harassed for money I don't owe!
They are trying their luck with anyone on the databases they have access to, I'm presuming...some poor people will pay up that small amount out of fear, and that's how they make their money!
Apparently on another site someone found out the top boss at this company also was a CEO at many other debt companies...so he has good connections to access many peoples data...

Had a phone call from them today, as they would not tell me what the call was about I refused to give personal details about myself to then be told I was being aggressive and that they would continue to call. I've asked for them to contact me by post in future.

They tried to scam me.
They claim to be a legitimate business. But they will not disclose any genuine information about themselves. Yet they expect you to give them your personal details.
I have since found our that they are fraudsters!

This is fake company, I received email and I trace address in Paisley in google map, that address does not exist. I checked their website. On their website they gave address of Lanark, I google that and that is residential area. So both addresses are fake which does not exist at all.

phoned back on chance of speaking to someone after searching number and find no company name for phone number. bloke called robert answered asked for personal details which i refused without know who they were, he refused to give a reason for not telling me what kind of company he works for.

If you do research its easy to find that they are registered and legally able to collect debt. You all have a cheek moaning that you haven't paid a debt and are getting contacted. The reason they don't disclose why they are calling as without confirming you are the correct person disclosing personal info to a 3rd party is against the law and a breach of DPA. Educate yourselves and pay your debts before moaning you pathetic scum bags
