Ive had this one a couple of times, telemarketer, I think weatherseal, didnt answer it-I think these call centres can dial for multiple companies, not just one. the telephone preference service (TPS) doesnt prevent all calls. From the TPS website: 'As TPS registration only prevents marketing calls, organisations will still be able to call you for the purposes of genuine market research.' :(

Thank you Tower Publish for sharing the info. I'm registered with telephone preference service, but that doesn't seem to count with them.
Tower Publish replied 8/20/12, 8:06 PMReport to OFCOM themselves on their web site.
I have done so, and since 5 August 2012, my telephone has been very quiet. So report to OFCOM, it does the trick! -
