Just received a call from the number. When I answered, a male voice with a Scottish accent said he was calling from some sort of marketing company working with Orange/EE and offered me an upgrade with them. The offer struck me as kind of odd, since you can do that online yourself without having a third, strange party involved. So I told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Hope they won't call again.
