Starts by claiming they have been given a file regarding an accident (I've never had one), when I said I knew it was a scam and to delete my name and number as I would be blocking their number, got super rude and aggressive and threatening. Claimed that they had over 15 numbers and would be sure to call as often as they liked. Harassment/Scam/Fraud calls.

Incredibly rude man with a Liverpool accent. Calls at least twice a day. He is incredibly aggressive and unable to answer simple questions such as why are you calling me, where did you get my nuber from and can I have the number of your complaints department. Do not answer.

I received a call today (5.20pm) from 01429 212998 and they said "I'm from CAH and I understand that you have had an accident in the last few years" to which I replied "no" he then continued to say "has anyone in your household been in an accident in the last few years?" I then said that "I think you've got the wrong number, take me off your database" He replied with a "I will update our records". CALL ENDED. - caller: 01429 212998

Had a call saying they had been passed my file about a traffic accident I'd had in the last two years. I said "ok". He said "is that right?". I said "you tell me mate. It just sounds like you're fishing". The guy must have known I was on to him. He laughed and hung on me.

What a bunch of rude a...holes. Called me twice, answered second call 'hi, how are you? me - who is this, her CHA, I said I was at work and before I could ask who and what she wanted the phone went down. I am off to block these harassing time wasters.

Simesy replied 11/24/14, 7:41 PMBeing TPS registered does not stop someone from randomly dialling your number - and the 200 before and after it. Or do you think it is impossible for wrong numbers to be able to dial you at all? -

They are based in Hartelpool - Had a call saying they had been passed my file about a car accident I had 3 years ago- Whilst my car was hit by someone I wasnt in it so cant claim injury compo. Ive been plagued by loads of these calls they keep saying we will take you name of the list - yeah right

I have just had a call from this number, when I answered they called me by my first name, said where they were calling from and I said I have not been involved in any accident nor has any member of my family. He said that was fine & for me to have a nice day and a happy Xmas!! I have now blocked the number.

2nd silent call from them within space of 2 hours. this company need to either fix their phone system and actually speak to us when we answer to explain why they are calling us OR stop paying their staff to call numbers without actually completing the phone call
