I received a call from this number and after speaking to the young girl who phoned and her manager. They told me they are 2020 not ebrl and just a sales/marketing company in Hereford. I have had a couple of quotes for my solar now and found ebrl to be fairly competitive after complaining about 2020

rang asking for my 98 year old mother, fortunately I answered. Said from "energy Trust" based in Hereford Talked about renewable energy,solar panelsetc.Said not interested twice and when I asked him to remove phone number from list he hung up.

Although they described themselves as in Hereford (my home city) they're actually located at:
Blithfield Park Farm Business Units, Off Lea Lane, Admaston, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 3NL
Judging by the background hubbub, the call centre is further away than that.
It's a pitch to stick solar panels on your roof, and, if the amount of times "legislation" and "government" was mentioned is anything to go by, they clearly lack the sort of professional gravitas & expertise to do the right job.
