This number keeps calling my ex-directory number and when it gets my answering machine - which is on to screen calls - it hangs up. I always find this suspicious, as legitimate callers should leave a message. When I phone back, and hang on for ages, I can never get a reply. I therefore feel this is harassment. I have no idea how my ex-directory number (it has always been ex-directory) has been accessed.

Cold-called, despite our being in TPS, about an accident someone on our number was alleged to have had. Rang off when I asked for their phone number, name of company, and some information about what they thought the accident is.

An Asian 'gentleman' called me didn't announce which company he was from only that said company on a Manchester dial code was based in London Call Centre. (Immediate trust issue noted!) Then went on to try to discuss my insurance claims >> That old chestnut << I began to swear at him call him a tosser and a few other choice expletives for wasting my time & trawling for leads.. I have not had any accident this century!! Told him to remove my number from books and that I was on tps I will now bar him using my CPR Call Blocker and suggest you do something similar.
