Recorded English voice telling me that "according to their records" I had a previous accident claim or medical malpractice claim etc. I pressed no buttons and hung up. We're on TPS but this company clearly ignores that. Will report to ICO.

01613540614 keeps calling and waking the baby.Having spoken to the ICO, they could be in breach of data protection regulations. Go on to the ICO.gov.uk website and make a complaint. Hopefully if enough people complain it will get stopped and they will be held accountable.

Wednesday, 02 January 2013, 13:41, 01 613 540 614. Recorded message, clear “English” male voice, claiming we had submitted an accident claim. Very similar to a call received in December 2012; on that occasion, asked me to press various buttons depending on the nature of my alleged problem.
This time I hung up to dial 1471 but the call was still running. Eventually able to get their number. -
