   Wonderful, had the following calls from this shower:
   04/02/2014 @ 13:56 - I missed the call, no message was left.
   04/02/2014 @ 15:11 - Answered call. Waited with for about 10 seconds of silence, I got bored and hung up.
   04/02/2014 @ 19:20 - I missed the call, no message was left.
   06/02/2014 @ 09:30 - Answered call. Waited with for about 10 seconds of silence, I got bored and hung up.
   06/02/2014 @ 12:32 - Answered call. Waited with for about 10 seconds of silence, I got bored and hung up.
   06/02/2014 @ 15:48 - Answered call and said "Will anyone actually speak to me this time" and heard a very brief noise before the line was cleared.
   Rang the number back and spoke to a manager - Kevin - who to be fair (considering he is in a call centre) did try and explain why their system is (to use a colloquialism) crap! OK, he tried to use other descriptions, but effectively it comes down to they have a system that is not fit for purposes. He also told me that OFCOM regulations allow them to let the system fail on 3% of the calls they make daily. Isn't that nice, 3 in 100 calls are allowed to annoy, worry, upset or disturb people, but that is OK as OFCOM allows it.
   As it says in an above post, the company calling is called:

   I do like they way they pitch their company name to suggest they are a 'help-line', maybe something like the CAB, or 'National Debtline' which offer FREE (note the FREE) impartial advice and guidance. What they actually are is (what I like to think of as) a Vulture Company. They see those who are dying under debt, circle around until the get really desperate, then swoop in for the kill, pocketing a not-insignificant sum of money from the already in-indebted person, allegedly to keep other hunters off their back. Not always very successfully from research tells me.
   According to their website they were 'Award Winners' in the 'Insolvency & Rescue Awards 2012', which from what I can gather is something that businesses in the same field of blood-sucking award to each other.
   Interesting other snippet I got from Kevin was that I was getting these calls as I had responded to a text from a company called LAD saying I wanted these calls. This is interesting on two fronts; 1) My mobile number is registered with the TPS, so should NOT be receiving these texts anyway, and 2) I never reply to these messages as am aware they are often phishing expeditions to find valid numbers that they then bombard with more unwanted garbage.
   All in all a very informative little chat with Kevin - and I managed NOT to swear one (pretty good considering I was rather agitated at that time!!!).
