What a kind soul, only wanted to help me ?Has assured me he won't call again, I'm pretty sure the PPI calls will continue. -

Had a call from this bunch of ars****es telling me that i could claim for PPI. Never been involved in it but they seemed to disagree telling me that I was due money. Told them where to stick their information.

These people have phoned twice in 2 days. Claim THEY are responding to MY call regarding a debt problem – complete lie. They are very chatty and I get a gushing Manc saying: "Hey there, how are you today then?". Then the lies start. They are a damn nuisance and I've blocked them on my phone. I suspect the call could get quite sinister if you allow them to get into their stride.

I believe these people to not only be telemarketers/PPI callers, but also independent fraudsters. The guy didn't know about the company he worked for - Interestingly claiming he was from 'Hull 7 (something-or-other) which is different to the National Debt Line company that others on here say they have been told - but he also started arguing with me in the manner of an ASBO youth when i stated I don't believe they are legitimate.
FAKE/FRAUDSTERS!!! BEWARE!!!! -

I answered this call as it came up as a Manchester number, and I about to visit a manchester hotel soon. I am so sick of this type of vermin calling me I have lost patience and as soon as I heard the letters PPI I replied with only two words, one of them being "off".

They called my 2 times today and every time I answer the call, these "guys" hang up. And I am in Spain, so not nice to get these calls. Can nobody do something about this?

This number has called several times but left no message. When I have answered there is silence then they hang up. Very strange and an invasion of ones privacy.

Do not answer this number!
I would go as far to say change your mobile phone provider, because they are invading your privacy.
I answered their call and the guy told me he was from the National Debt line and my number had been passed to him because I had contacted them - totally untrue!
The guy knew my name and had personal info about me which could only be gained by someone listening in on my phone calls - hacking! I had given exaggerated facts to a girlfriend in a call only 48 hrs before and this company had taken them as fact! Be careful what you share in private phone calls - you don't know who's listening!!!!

Scammers, trying to solicit injury claims following accident, implied they were linked to Quindell Legal. They aren't - I rang Quindell Legal who confirmed they've had multiple reports of scammers using their name, and trying to get personal info from telephone respondents. Seemed occasionally plausible and had some info on us to begin with, which I took care not to confirm. Turned nasty once they realised they weren't getting anywhere, hung up when I asked for their Head Office address
