Got a call from an asian sounding bloke at 08:00 this morning claimimg he was from the Monistry of Justice and that I was due a £6251 from overpayment in fees to my bank. Said I would get the cheque from a courier, David French, with a Job ID of D102. The reference for the refund was 32568, which was most important. One of their advisors would call me back within an hour. Googled the MofJ and they work out of LONDON not MANCHESTER. Well, I've now waited 1 1/2 hours and no call back, so I guess I'm not getting my money!!!

What i can't work out is, what are they getting out of ringing people and telling them they are going to recieve some cash back and then not taking it any further??? -

Kevin - said he was from Ministry of Justice, and i was to receive a cheque, left me his number, when i rang back and asked who i was speaking to as i had a missed call on my phone, they hung up, rang back and never answered.......

I had a call from this number on 19th Nov from Jeny Lee. She said She was from MOJ and i followed all the things she said to me and finally i got the money on 24th nov.So i dont think they are a scammers and they also took 5% of 6251 from me for getting me the money.
