Just had this number ringing me this is the first time ive had a call of this number and when i answered and said hello 3 times it was a dead line and quiet and then they hung up but what they dont know is some new touchscren phones have block contact like mine

Receive calls 2-3 time a day. Never leave a message. When I've tried to call back there is just hold music and no one answers. Totally fed up with their calls!
