They tell you they are calling about a life insurance review which you haven't asked for. They rhyme off a list of insurance companies they say they represent; t doesn't matter to them who insures you or whether you have any life insurance at all. I told them I didn't so they said ''have you ever thought about taking out life insurance?' I said 'no - are you trying to sell me life insurance?' They said no, so I said 'why are you phoning me - how did you get my number?' They said I had opted into something, which I hadn't. I insisted they tell me where they got my number from. At this point they couldn't wait to get off the phone - even told me they would ring me back with the information. They didn't. They now use a 0192 number spoofed from India. Not fit to end up on toilet paper.

Using my Date of Birth and falsely claiming to be working for the insurance companies and reviewing life assurance policies to make sure they are set up correctly to ensure payment. The telemarketer would not give their legal company name. Was passed to a manager who was less than helpful and suggested his manager would be able to help tell me where the data came from.. His new recruit he said didn't know what she was talking about when she said we work for Waddle Insurance but not part of them... He did say they were a limited company

The Review Team, said they weren’t looking to change my policy at first, clearly were (so lying), said they could solicit work as I was supposed to have a financial review every six months (I said I did, had an FA still persisted), they wanted to take over agency of all my investments and would not take no for an answer. Were very rude.Insisted on adding an advisor to the call despite my decline. Said they could only take me off their database if I proceeded. Cancelled call blocked number. Feel that they could intimidate and manipulate people who don’t understand so should be investigated. -

Trying to review my life insurance,then Lists 7 companies that they work with, none of which are the one I'm with, tries to get me to say the company I use, which I don't say, then tries to say it might effect my premiums, I told him to feck off.

Absolute disgraceful company. They threaten you if you don’t do what they ask, extremely aggressive. They completely breach the GDPR data protection law by harassing you, despite asking them on several occasions to be removed from there database. They should be ashamed and should be struck off.

Call today from "The Review Team" about life insurance. When asked where they had got my number from they stated I had looked into life insurance on a comparison web site and given them permission. I stated this was not true and I was not interested in life insurance. Caller became rude and stated "you're just not listing to me are ya" true as I cancelled the call and blocked them

Unsolicited call trying to sell life insurance. Extremely persistent calling up to 6 times per day! I asked to be removed from their database & the caller said "no"! Very rude individual, I have blocked the number but no doubt they will continue to harass.

Someone called and than asked do you have life insurance? I said no. Than said where r u from, I asked why u asking this, tell me about the reason for your call. And he said, you don;t have insurance inna, so no need to talk. Extremely rude and stupid caller.

Asked me if I was Legal and General, I said yes then he was asking lots of questions, he then wanted someone to repeat these questions so I put the phone down and now on the phone to legal and General after I saw this website

Called 5 times in the last week - I said that to him and he said they don't call off lists and it was the first time they'd attempted to call. He was polite enough but just wouldn't take my word for it. Each time i've put the phone down after asking them to remove my details but not happened yet. Each time I block the number I just get another call from another DDI.

Called me today to mumble something about life insurance. I said I have it and the caller then mumbled for about a minute and I said - politely - I don’t understand a thing you just said. She said “oh realy then how are you able to respond?” Which is both nonsensical and confrontational. Then she put the phone down. She beat me to it.

Have been called daily from this number. Sometimes I answer only to be hung up on immediately. Today I called the number back from my work landline and the delightfully polite wench on the other end refused to disclose what the nature of the business was until I told her my name because I had called in from a different number!
