   I used this company and the did successfully claim £2000 from a company I didn't know I had ppi with. That's the good news. The bad news was the flood of harassment calls and letters demanding their payment before I even had chance to bank the cheque. I got two invoices within 2 days. I ended up opening both together. Then about 4 phone calls. Despite the fact that I gave them a date I would send a cheque in, estimating the date my cheque would clear. They tried to persuade me to pay by credit card over the phone which I don't want to do for obvious reason re interest etc. the company needs to allow 14 - 21 days for payment to allow customers to receive bank clear and send payment. They came across as desperate and though they recovered money for this reason I would not reccomend them. They have subsequently lost money as I told a number of friends that haven't claimed ppi yet about the positive outcome but when I explained the over zealous charge recovery they have chosen to go elsewhere. I have every intention to send them their cheque on the promised date, but see I missed yet another call from them yesterday

   I had numerous missed calls on my home phone about PPI again some obnoxious bloke who wouldn't shut up and listen when I said I wasn't interested told him not to call but hey ho next day another call

   I used LFS and had 2 positive results from 2 different companies however I'm waiting to hear about a third company and now it seems LFS no longer exist. Phone number is dead and no response to emails?? I was apparently days away from a successful claim.

   LFS are still an active company and the most reliable of all the PPI Companies in the UK

   Despite us having an ex directory number and NEVER contacting, asking for or even having prior knowledge of these people keep calling endlessly and trying to get us to put in a PPI claim. I have lost count of how many times we have asked to have our number removed from their database! They always say they will then they ring again a day or two later! Irritating!

   COLD CALLED in connection with PPI Claims.
   The Advisor introduce himself as Easy Solutions Ltd and that his company was working on behalf of LFS Claims ask a few question then passed me onto LFS claims Advisor Line.

   Raymond we are called LFS Claims.
   
   There should be no reason why a member of staff would have hung up as we only respond to people who ask us to call them or who we already work with, so I can only assume this was a mistake.
   
   If you would like us to stop working with you please drop an email to [email protected] or call us back on the number and any staff member will oblige.
   
   Please let me re-iterate we do not 'cold call' or call anyone who has not asked us for a call. If you do have any problems please ask for me and I will make sure you file is destroyed.

   what you have just said is not true. I was cold called by a gentleman from LFS Claims yesterday. I did not ask to be contacted, I had no idea who LFS was before that call. So please do not say things that are not true.

   I never asked them to call me and they keep harassing me every day. Yes they do cold call and is the most annoying company on the planet.

   Thats great, i'm really happy for you! However, can you remember the name of the company? I really want to ask them to remove me from their call list but I can't find their details anywhere and when I ask them what company they are calling from they hang up
