   The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. This company called Digital Mail Ltd needs to be stopped, can't someone do something about these calls? This company can't do anything, other than claim the calls is not originating from them and what law is to protect us from this idiocy. I get several of these calls every day, the automated calls go on after I put the phone down. I can't dial out, people can't reach me until they put the phone down. It is damaging my business, yet they can keep calling without any sort of penalty? I don't understand why a law can't come in where companies like Digital Mail are barred from spoofing UK landlines to dupe you into thinking these are calling from within our country as mentioned on http://notes.dmclub.net/1094 how to spoof dmClub numbers (this is Digital Mail Ltd brand name) from anywhere in the world on any telephone number. The company directors should be fined and disqualified from operating as a UK Telecoms company, as they are pretending the calls are not coming from them. This company is making such a huge profit at our expenses, the same scammers have been using their telephone numbers for over 3 years now, yet the company has been aware of the problem and does not want to take action and yet get this sorted out as their main priority of having a clean proper telephone network like BT, or I would not cringe every time a 0161 939 number calls my business line. For everyone information, these scammers have been ringing my business phone under different numbers 0161 939 0075, 0161 939 0225, 0161 939 0228, 0161 939 0335, and 0161 939 0442. As more and start ingoring these types of calls, just like many have ignored 0161 939 0225, now Digital Mail has supplied this Cold Calling firm with this new 0161 939 7225 number to harass us on. Please do share the pain back with them Digital Mail's telephone is 020 7060 2000, please do call them back!!!!

   Unsolicited call had it before PPI reclaim rubbish. Had this number 01619397225 call me a few times recently, after I blocked their 0161 939 0225 number, and they let the phone ring very long. These people have never leave a message and I tried to calling the number back, but I get an some sort of engaged tone. It seems like what cthonus is telling the truth about Digital Mail's clients, I thought about getting to my phone quicker next time to answer. Now I reckon it's a harassment call, these types of calls shouldn't be allowed !!
   I have already told them before, I requested them before to stop calling me, which they refused to do so, lying sods. So I blocked these foreigners from calling my number, just for them to start ringing on a new number to harass me on. So I have no other choice but to report Digital Mail to the ICO about their clients behaviour, and telephone number for the ICO is 0303 123 1113. If anyone wants to report Digital Mail about their clients reckless behaviour, please feel free to do so, as I learning blocking these PPI cold callers does not do us any good!!!!!

   This is the same company that owns 0161 939 0225 - First Call.
   They keep calling me and even when I ask for them to remove me from their database - they still keep calling. I have reported this number several times and still they call ... I am on TPS etc so this is extra aggrevating. Nightmare people.
