Has been calling my number 4 times a day for about a week the first time I answered no one speaks and the line goes dead so I ignore the calls but they don't give in so I have blocked now.
my policy is:
I don't answer unavailable numbers.
I do answer withheld numbers but I hang up if its a cold canvass.
If its an out of area number I'll answer if not busy and cut off cold canvassers if I'm busy I google the number later if the number shows as legit I call them back.
this problem is getting worse It's getting more frequent with unsolicited calls I struggle enough finding time to deal with legitimate business enquiries I don't cold call people I don't expect to be cold called -

Guy asked if I've had credit card with mbna(lloyds) told him I've never had one, hung up on me mid sentence.Call lasted 39sec .I rage called them back(not best idea i know) different person answered tried to get my point across that it's very rude to just hang up on people, wanted to give em piece of my mind but thought better of it, call would've cost me £££ lol -

Phoned about refund and asked if I had a credit card with one of the banks (listed many), when I said no thank you and asked to be removed from the list he got very aggressive and said I would still get lots of calls and asked if I had 'too much money if I didn't want a refund'. Very rude!!!
