   I have been called on a few occasions from RB but fortunately, until now I have been out and my answering machine off.
   This morning, I received a 'robust' call from an elderly-sounding 'gentleman' wanting to tell me all about the Red Button. I politely explained that I was not interested and asked him to ensure my contact details were removed from his company's records and also, quite politely, asked him to hang up and not call me again.
   He took absolutely no notice of anything I said and continued to talk about the Red Button irrespective of the fact that I had told him that I was not interested. Eventually I had to hang up since he completely disregarded anything I said.
   I called the company after I had 'calmed down' and complained about this call and the rather rude techniques employed in the way I was being totally ignored.
   The next time I receive a call from this company I will be reporting it straight to OFCOM (they can easily be found on the web). Large fines are almost guaranteed to be given to companies who call those of us who have signed up to TPS so I will monitor the situation with some enthusiasm.

   I have had the same problem with my elderly mother.They have refused to divulge where they got my mothers contact details. I rang TPS for advice and they told me that RB must tape the original call and supply me with the date and time that it was made. They have refused to do this.
   They also gave me incorrect information on two occasions when i demanded to know who had supplied them with my mothers contact details. My first phone call to their rep. was answered "ällo whos that?" Not very professional , now my mother tells me that she was asked to sign a paper before the rep left. I asked RB security for a copy, they have refused to send me this . My mother lives alone, ex-directory, registered with TPS and a Yellow sticker on the window but still they got past all of these regulations in place to protect the elderly. What else can i do?

   I cannot thank this company enough for the service they have provided for my mum and dad, at first I was very sceptic, but after the service they offered and the system they provided I was simply grateful, not only have they given my parents peace of mind they have also provided peace of mind for my brother and myself, I also was so impressed with this company I also have had my own system installed, thank you RB SECURITY for your service, I will definitely being recommending you.

   I found the lady who called me very polite and clear to why she was calling. I did have a lovely lady come out to see me..she gave me lots of helpful tips and advice and also gave me the monitoring cost. Seeing as the company is SSAIB approved (as I called them to check) and the alarm system is fantastic. I went ahead with the offer. I am extremely happy with the company's services.

   I had my alarm system installed with this company and found them to be very trustworthy, I checked with the ssaib who confirmed they was a registered company, I also done my homework and shopped around, I found rb security to have the best system and the most competitive price, well done RB security and thank you for ur efficiency, all staff were polite and a pleasure to do business with you.

   I would just like to say I have had my system installed today after looking at different alarm systems, I found this system to be the best on the market with the most competitive prices, I also would recommend this company even though they do cold call

   I had a guy round was very nice gave me my free safety audit worked out a monitoring service tht was a fair price and had my system installed 7 days later and yes I did get my free alarm all I had to pay for was monitoring very good company now I feel safe in my own home all because they called me otherwise I would of not done it
