Was called by someone from a company claiming to be in Neath (I can't find any record of them). When I called back, it appeared to be diverted to an international number. They immediately read out my address to me and asked, "Is it correct that you are still the homeowner"? (Which has never been the case). I have reported them to the TPS.

Accident claims - having blocked this number from calling they have now reverted to using what appears to be a mobile number - latest one is 07835 793576. Same story though - 'i'm calling about your recent traffic accident' but when you push them on 'which one' they hang up.

I've recently been involved in a car accident so they're calling me to attempt to get me compensation. I told them i have not been in a car accident and they simply hang up without even saying goodbye. however they continue to call me every day. if i don't answer they will call later, including evenings

These people are a complete pain. They have called 50 times in a month despite being told I'm not interested. Anyone got any idea how to inconvenience them as much as they do everyone else? . Anyone that responds to them is asking for trouble. They sooner they go out of business the better.,

These people have called me over 30 times in the last 2 weeks, the minute I blocked the number they started calling from different numbers with the same code. They have told me their website is; www.claimssolutions.com or www.claimteam.co.uk or www.compensationclaims.co.uk but I have contacted the 2 out of those 3 websites which have numbers on them and the companies have said they have a lot of this where the people calling from 01639326984 are pretending to be them. Surely this is illegal, can't the people who issue UK numbers disconnect them!

I get 3 - 4 calls a day, each time i ask to be removed from their database. they hang up. I am on TPS - telephone preference service and have made a complaint. I will suggest everyone goes down this route. Any other suggestions appreciated.

Had at least 5 missed calls since this and finally picked up today.

Keep calling about my "accident" when I ask what accident they hang up. Made complaint and the promised to remove my number but still calling 2-3 times a day. Told them I have cancer and this harassment is making me ill, but still keep at it!

This number has been "Spoofed" as there is no business in Neath where this number is based which is a lawyers etc. The number is being used by an overseas call centre to generate leads. DO NOT ANSWER OR DISCUSS AS THIS WILL ONLY MAKE IT WORSE!!!! You will get further calls as they pass your number on as a "live" number.

gave address as 135 old park road, Dudley, DY1 3NE.gaz replied 11/26/15, 11:52 AMThe 01639 is a neath (Wales) std. They are claiming to be centred in Birmingham, leeds and cannot actually tell me where they are in neath... because they are not there of course -

FIFTH CALL TODAY ON MY TPS REGISTERED LINE: "JOHN FROM CLAIMS TEAM LIMITED ABOUT YOUR ACCIDENT" HAD SO MANY CALLS LAST COUPLE OF DAYS SAYING SAME THING AND USING VARIETY OF NUMBERS - I USUALLY JUST LEAVE THE PHONE DOWN LET THEM TALK THEN THEY GO - BUT THEY CALL AGAIN ONE DAY COME THE REVOLUTION WE CAN RID OURSELVES OF THESE PARASITES.
