A call from this number complete with the prefix '0044' and no leading zero on the STD code making it seem like a call from abroad was received last night and we were offered their PPI claims service.
We are signed up to the TPS which doesn't apply to calls from overseas. This outfit seems to have found a way to make it appear as though the rules don't apply to them. Sneaky!

I received this call 5.00pm and was spoken to by a African sounding guy.
He started by asking if I had debt through bank,credit card or personal loan.He went on to ask who I banked with.I gave no information and ended the talk.His understanding of English was poor.
