    Worst of the worst. Very ABUSIVE! Told me I had claimed PPI and I will 'co-operate'. I tried putting him straight (a man with a strong Welsh accent) said: 'you should go see your GP as I think you've got alzeheimer's or something'. Surely this is bordering on the criminal?!

    Wanted me to give further info' on my PPI claim!I had nevermade any claim from them, never even heard of them; &told her I would never use any company who cold called me as they were illegally calling in the 1st instance. To which she replied 'we always check to see if they has TPS' which I have!Hmm if they are doing illegal things to me now why would I ever believe them. BAD MOVE!!!!!!!

    I was asked about a PPI claim I am supposed to have made (no I didn't) I pointed out that my number was on the TPS list (yes it is) and that this number would be reported as soon as the call had finished. He hung up immediately.
