This chap asked me if I could stand in front of my computer and tell me what was on the screen. Having heard of these bogus calls I told him I saw a picture of a scam artist. He was not amused.

Called to suggest I had an error on my PC. Please remember Microsoft or any other company DO NOT have access to such information. If you think you have a bug or virus, use legit software from legit sources e.g. Norton 360 from Currys. Never give personal details over the phone or follow instructions.
