   Most of you will have typed our number in to a search engine to find out who is calling from 01792 824661, 01792 674980 or 01792 348614. This number belongs to Opinion Research Services (ORS). We conduct surveys on behalf of a range of UK public sector organisations, and do not engage in any telemarketing or sales calls.

   Many members of the public are happy to take part in our surveys as it gives them a chance to express their opinions and we provide the opportunity for them to do so. We understand that not everybody will be interested in what we are calling about and do not wish to nuisance to those who do not want to take part.
   
   If you do not want to take part, there are two simple ways in which you can let us know:
   
   1) Tell one of our interviewers that you do not wish to take part in the survey if they call again – they will note this down and you will not receive any more calls.
   
   2) Send an E-mail to [email protected] including your phone number, and let us know that you do not want to be called again – once again you will not receive any more calls.
   
   We also operate a “do not call” register whereby you can opt out of all future ORS research projects, and we will never call you again on any future project. Should you wish to be added to this list, please e-mail us and we will reply promptly with confirmation.
   
   If you have any queries that are not answered on our web-site then please get in touch as we are happy to deal with any that you have.

   Before I got to the telephone they hung up. I then looked at the tel number and searched online for who it belonged to as I didn't recognise the number.
   I then come here and discover it's a company ringing people.
   I didn't ring them back and won't either as only friends and family I prefer to ring me.
   
   Bloody company tel calls, I have some now and again and it's irritating. Even when I paid BT money every three months, and blocked unknown numbers from ringing me, they STILL ring me, it's infuriating!
   
   I don't think ANY company should ring anyone unless a person has telephoned the company first about a matter. Other than that, I view it as an invasion of bloody privacy to be honest!

   This is opinion research asking questions on behalf of local council about funding in the area. I just told them im not interested.
