This company phoned a friend of mine claiming some affiliation with Microsoft. They told him to log in to his computer and made some adjustments to it via a remote connection. He was then billed nearly $300.
This is clearly a scam so don't fall for it.

The diddly reported unknown with the number +442032873331 as Cost trap
This number has rung on three occasions and each time given a different reason for calling, although each time gave the same company name. Wanted me to log onto my computer to help me fix a problem which I refused. Said they would call back in 10 mins to get me to log in and i told them no. I presume it is a scam to get my log in details and personal information. Don't do it!
