I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. The Manager was very polite with me and advised if i wished to submit a SAR then to Email ReactivMedia.co.uk, Showing that this company is not actually Consumer Helpline but actually Reactiv

Called me and it hangs up on answer. Called them back and abused them.. no more call, anyone getting constant calls from this number i would suggest doing the same give them some of their own medicine and torment them.

They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I've never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

This number has called at least twice a week for the last 4 months, I had enough today so answered the call only to find it was someone trying to tell me they could help me get some PPI payments back, I kindly informed them that I did not need their help as I had already claimed for myself and did not need them getting in the middle and taking up to a third of it for doing nothing !! they are now on my blocked list.....

Called me by my first name. Told me they were calling regarding a refund on a loan I had taken out prior to 2011. I told them I hadn't taken out any loans. They said it was regarding a car. Told them I had no loans for a car. They said they must have the wrong details and rang off.
