Got a call from these persistent pests at 8.30am today - when I do answer cr*p calls I squirt my very raucous bike hooter down the phone - childish, I know, but quite satisfying (if there's a real "human" at the other end, of course)

Claiming to be from a pc company concerned that we may have suspect messages and wanting us to log in . . .this is as far as they got as my husband hung up on them. Considering it was 8.30am it is a good thing he answered as my response would not have been that polite.

Called by a guy called "Paul" claiming to be from Windows Technical. This is clearly an attempt to upload malware to my PC. He said he was concerned that my PC has a virus which they can see from the internet and wanted me to allow his technical people to check mine and my wife's PC.
From questioning I established that he is Indian calling from Indonesia. I called him a liar and a thief and to go away, although I was not that polite :-) -

My Dad answered and they asked to speak to my Mum who died 3 years ago. They ignited this information and kept talking. They talked over me when I took over the call so I hung up on them.
We've had exactly the same call from different numbers.
Seemed to be trying to harvest details. -

Called at 8.30am asking if I an the user of windows, I know this a scam so hung up, rang before on a different number, be aware they are trying to get into your PC to get details, they are of Indian origin. Do not give then=m any details just hang up.
