They rang about 16:20 on 22/2/2015, I could not understand the woman, she asked for someone I did not know and was persistent, then said she would remove my number from their system.
At about 17:00 on 23/2/2015 they rang again, told them in no uncertain terms to go away and take my number of from their system. -

I only use this phone as an emergency back up and have not yet used the number for anything. The number is new and has not been given to anyone or any company. I am therefore assuming that this is some cold caller/ random dialler who has no idea who they are calling.

as with "fedup", our phone number is also ex-directory but has been given to various companies when requested. have received several calls over last few weeks. As nothing is said on these calls, I would suspect anyone making them to be untrustworthy or making the calls as nuisance callers otherwise they would at least make an attempt to speak.
