I've received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. I asked him what he'd had for breakfast and if he'd like to be my friend and go on holiday with me. He hung up. Don't call these people back if you get a missed call - but if you feel like answering then have a laugh. If he asks for your bank details tell him you only deal in shells.....

Already had a hang up call from this number today. This time it took 1 munute for them even to speak. Said they were a company called Red Star and when I asked what they did they hung up.

The company said they wanted to send me paperwork about a refund for PPI, but when I said I did it myself he said it takes ages, when I had recently done this myself within a month. Also mentioned to the caller that my partner works for Barclay Card PPI only to be told that this does not exist. Avoid as they are joke then hangs up when trying to point out that it does.
