Well known for aggressive and persistent calling to sell space advertising. Today's caller didn't put up a fight when I told him I wouldn't spend my budget with Setform - but I have no doubt they will call further up the hierarchy until they find someone sufficiently stupid.

A torrent of bad language about someone else the caller had spoken to till they realised the call had connected then they swore more and slammed the phone down - very professional ! Strangely i did do business with them till a few years ago and never had any problems or complaints apart from i should have spent my advertising budget on something that actually got results.

'Sean' asked to speak to our MD. When asked if he could send email so he could respond when he was free, 'Sean', very rudely retorted that 'he didnt like our attitude and he would take his business elsewhere'

Very aggressive, didn't listen to what I was telling me just talked over me. Then when he finally heard I wasn't interested he hung up on me.

Trying to sell advertising space. Asked them to remove us from their list permanently and gets re-added every year. Quite simply the rudest, devious sales people you will ever speak to. Four years on and still waiting for their MD to call back and apologise.

This number calls frequently but when answered I just hear background office chatter before the phone goes dead...
