   Caller stated that there was something wrong with my parents internet. Harassment calls received every 15 minutes from 10:30 hrs on Bank Holiday Monday, 27.05.2019 for 2 hours.

   These people are being dealt with currently by members of the Anonymous collective, on behalf of all the old people these scumbags have stolen information and money from. Their unsophisticated modus operandi is to cold call people in the UK proporting to be Microsoft employees or similar, and request users create an incoming connection and port forwarding through their firewall and router, enabling them to take control of the computer and use it for illigal activity. Under no circumstances should anybody deal with these people, if you want microsoft, call them. Do not engage them. They are petit con artists from some camel jockey country who are unable to speak English and use Names like John, Adam, Graham or other english sounding names. ANONYMOUS UK are taking a particular interest in them, and so far have several peoples dossiers from both Mambai and UK based locations, often using VOIP services such as Skype or similar.
   
   To those unsure, never give information out on the phone or via email, both are unsecure, if they tell you your computer is being used for fraud this is true. But only after after YOU give them control. This is the same as someone coming to your house and telling you they are from a car cleaning company, requesting your car keys and then driving away, so why would you allow them to come into your computer, take it over and either steal information or even take their time with it, installing key loggers to steal passwords and eventually credit card numbers. I work for an anonymous peoples hacking group and we use really actual sophisticated methods far from the poorly executed phishing methods these people use. They will pay, for every pound. Dollar or euro they steal we will steal 10. For every person who has their identity stolen we will have 5 of them convicted for child sex offences. Advice to those who are doing this. STOP NOW. WE WILL DESTROY YOU!!!!
