   Vodaphone contract coming to an end and i was due an upgrade or could get money off my bill but then asked what phone i had. When i said he should know if this was really vodaphone he said they didnt keep a record of customer phones, I checked online and I'm not due an upgrade until August, i hung up!

   Got a call; answered and automated message asked for my mailbox number. Checked on here and of course it's a scam. I have had a few over the years like this claiming my contract's coming to an end.

   Told me I was nearing the end of my Vodafone contract and was getting a new phone, asked him "am I really? Cause I just got a new phone in November." and he said "on my screen it's saying you are but I've had a couple of people say it was wrong-" hung up half way through the sentence. If it was Vodafone it would have come up on my phone.

    Had a call at 11:27. He said his name was Barry/ Garry and he was calling to renew my Vodafone contract. My contract is not due for renewal for another year! I told him I would ring back. I did not.
