I get calls from this number every day. I never answer numbers I don't recognise. Instead I Google the number to check who it belongs to. If it's trustworthy, I ring them back. I cut this number off without answering and they ring me straight back so I cut them off again. NEVER give out your bank details to anybody you don't know or trust or any company who calls you.

02920364211 SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! Caught me at a very week moment!!!!!!!! never received a thing but they keep helping themselves to my money. almost impossible to contact had to fill in another survey to get a call.
for those that need it customer services number 08445679393. Don't expect much though seemingly its my fault for not letting them know I hadn't received anything. but I am supposedly getting refund of all but the first 78.22 they stole from me!!!

They have been ringing me for weeks and managed to ignore the number when it came up. They rang 7times on my landline yesterday. 3 times in the space of half an hour. My husband then answered it last night and woman said something about a survey and him getting voucher for petrol. i shouted him to hang up the phone...which he did. They haven't called back. I am now investing in a phone with call guard because I am absolutely SICK of being harassed by this number and similar annoying sales calls.

I felt this was my fault as I'd entered a competition online recently where I was asked for my mobile number. I didn't read the terms and conditions so I shouldn't have been surprised when I got a call from this number telling me they were going to send out a free fuel saving voucher (or something).
After going through the spiel (which went on for about 15 minutes), she then asked me for my card number to pay for the P&P. I told her I hadn't been paid (I had) so she said she would ring later in the week.
Expecting them to call again today. Fortunately I've installed a blocking app so they shouldn't be bothering me any more. -

I have calls from this number nearly every day when I don't answer they call my mobile straight away, I did answer one day and told them to stop calling but they don't listen so I just let it ring then answer machine comes on they don't leave any message but it's just cost them the price of a call. So anyone having calls from this number just hang up and don't be fooled by their soft talk and don't give them any of your bank card details as its all a scam. Hope this helps other people.

I have been called twice by this company at work. the person who called today said that they had only rung this once, not two weeks ago, but it was exactly the same company offering exactly same thing - £20 fuel vouchers and free magazine and hundreds of thousands of offers and if you would like you can join, but you don't have to. I told them today I had been called 2 weeks ago offered the same thing but I hadn't received anyting from them. She said it was becuase I hadn't paid for postage and packing - I said last time they hadn't told me anything about paying for postage and packing. This time they asked for £2.70 postage and packing. I said no thanks not interested, don't call again and put the phone down.

I received a call approx 7 pm, and the man on the phones accent was very hard to understand, however i did try as he stated he needed 3 seconds of my time, NO LONGER, then proceeded to ask me a whole lot of questions i felt absolutely led to nowhere, like, the brand of my tv, my current relationship status, did i work, was i insured, who my power provider was my phone provider which contract phone i was with, but always said, after me asking "can you say that again please" he then said i has a chance of 4 luxury olidays and i got to pick, he was over complimentary, and as time went on i got a bit annoyed, as its one of the 2 evenings i have my 3 yr old granddaughter come and spend time and stay over, it has started now to eat int that time, but he insisted " If i can ask just one more thing, then asked about any charities i donate to.I felt by this time it had gone on long enough, and was just about to ask what this survey/questionnaire was f0r, and he hung up?! made no attempt to call back , which made me even more convinced, he was not real, i did tell him certain information, that i has a credit card but gave no info he cud use to go into my account in anyway, i hope. He caught me off guard, i do have an illness, that can make me vulnerable to these cold callers, my partner was not in, and i do remember being asked if i would like a free magazine, i did not understand what it was for or i feel his accent and dialect easy to understand. I will be asking my phone provider why am am still getting calls, but certainly advise anyone who gets a call from this number,not to offer any personal financial infor as it all seems to be for nothing, he makes no offers of even a cheaper power supplier, do not trust, or at least check thoroughly, and now this warning is available to people id say just double check. aca to in no way give personal or financial details. I hope i am wrong, but if not i hope it helps anyone from giving out any info that could be damaging.

I received a call from a company called FREE MOMENTS BASED IN CARDIFF stating I had won £20 fuel vouchers and a free surprise gift. I had a feeling it was a scam and this was confirmed when the person requested my card details for a payment of £2.78 for postage and packaging. Upon telling her there is no way in hell she will be getting my card details she tried her very best to convince me. I told her I would look into the company and to call back.. I have since found the company take an £80 subscription charge without consent once they have your card details. I am still waiting for a call back from them to see what they have to say about my findings
Sarah replied 5/26/15, 7:55 PMI received a call from Free Moments, someone called Philip Saunders, the £20 free petrol vouchers never arrived, I lost £2.78 towards P&P, and called to cancel the subscription within 14 days. I asked for a refund for the P&P and was told, they can't as they sent me the vouchers. I feel a bit of a prat now. -

They have just called me and like everyone else, I had won fuel vouchers and 200 pounds worth of vouchers blah blah for 14 day trial. I said 14 day trial of what and he got the hump and went on about the benefits of eating out with 2 for 1. I said "Is that tastecard/" cos I've already got one of those. That threw him a bit and then he got to the 2.78 COST. When I told him I don't give out financial details over the phone he kept asking why? He said they don't take sensitive information!!!! DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THIS COMPANY.

Got a phone call from this number about 10 minutes ago saying I have won £20 of fuel or diesel vouchers from a survey I filled in, I fill in a few so kept on the line.
The guy on the phone started telling me about the money saving vouchers you can receive from free moments, I asked for a website but quick google search can up with nothing.

They gave me a customer service number of : 08445679392 ( also lots of reports of scamming from this number) adding that they where only open 9-5 yet they are phoning at gone 7pm
Got until I thought I was at the end of the phone call and the man on the phone said all they need is £2.80 to cover postage and asked for my bank details, once I said no he got quite agitated so I just hung up

Hi..I received call from the same number and exactly the same story as you all have heard. Luckily, I googled it and got saved..I don't believe how these people cheat innocent people and take their money.

I just made it sound like I was interested by saying things like "how spiffing" and "how lovely". When they requested card details, I replied "It's about 3x2 inches in length, purple in colour and it has a shiny gold square on it, what about yours? Does yours have a shiny bit??"

No such magazine and from the comments it sounds like money goes missing from accounts if you provide them with your bank details.
Didn't give them anything. They called a second time. No pick up. -

Freemoments magazine called me, apparently I completed an online survey and a very polite man (although he sounded quite agitated) asked me if I drove and when I answered him, he told me I had been awarded a £20 free fuel voucher for completing the survey. He wanted to send me out a magazine to look through. I would have 14 days to trial the magazine and if I didn't want it, all I had to do was ring them up within the 14 days to cancel. If I didn't phone to cancel, that a subscription would automatically be set up and I would be charged £78.00 (i think that's what he said) for the magazine. He then asked for my card details as he needed £2.78 to post the voucher and magazine out to me. When I asked if they could email me the information, he said that it had to be posted. At that point at said no thanks and put the phone down.
I then googled the phone number and found this site and found that I was right not to give my details to him. THIS IS A SCAM -

Don't be fooled by a company of any name calling from 02920 364211 saying they want to give you vouchers for free petrol. By all accounts from a search on the web it's a scam. The number given when asked so I could call back was 0844 5679392 which when rung was answered 'promotional media services'.

They call with your name saying you have won fuel vouchers from Sapphire magazine. I worked in publishing, never heard of such a mag! I stopped the lady before she went to far, but wanted to know if I had a car, what address to post voucher too. I ask what the voucher was for & she answered "you!" Dog! no, what company is this for? "Oh any garage" she replied, yeah because I get really excited at buying at a garage! Obviously a scam to get your details as others have noted. Just hang up.

Got a call from this number previouly, didn't know it so google and found this information. So when they called again saying they are from 'Sapphire Magazine' and went into the big long you have won fuel card, magazine, vouchers ........ect i just let them rattle on answering yes and no if they paused for a break in their telephone script (which they don't often). When they got to the card detail bit, asked why? So they had to go all through the script again and still asked why they wanted the card details, to be truthful I was getting a little bit fed up by this stage. So I said, well hopefully you rattling on to me about your little scam has kept so other poor soul from being bothered by your call and maybe giving you them details. To which the lady on th other end the phone nearly exploded........ Think she relised that she had been caught so put the phone down. Best idea is to play them at their own game....... soon give up.

Trying daily these calls don't get through. The best £40 I have spent. Thoroughly recommend it to anybody getting annoying calls.
