This is a common scam and is very dangerous for you if you continue with the conversation. Basically an Indian man will tell you he is from Windows trying to sort out a software issue. He will ask you to carry out tests on your computer, take over your bank accounts, know ALL your passwords, and then send a signal which destroys your hard drive. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Just tell him to go forth and multiply.
