Told me he was from a UK government organisation where we live. I asked him which organisation that was and he said he was from the UK where we live, not the US. I continued to question him and he asked me if I was insane. I told him I had been diagnosed as such by my doctor, and he hung up on me....charming!!!!

DO NOT ANSWER - Scam call from an Asian call centre, openly admitting to charging a premium rate for connecting your call. They begin the conversation stating they are a government scheme aimed at helping pay back loans etc.
I received racial abuse from the caller while trying to get information out of him. Have checked all phone records to see if any charges have come through but none as yet, but am unaware if the included minutes have covered this somehow.

I received a call from this number earlier, I asked him to remove my number from their database, he then said do you not want to know why I'm calling you, I said right just get on with it, he then Sai that if I wasn't interested to hang up, he was quite aggressive and I asked to speak to his manager and was told to p*** off and he hung up, I have now blocked the number on my phone. If I was you I wouldn't answer
