SKY TV.
Rude cold calling harrassment.
Said he could improve my SKY TV deal. (I don't have Sky).
Told him he shouldn't be making unsolicited calls tomy number. He said he was allowed to as I'd opted in to receive marketing calls on my account and he wanted to improve my deal. (Clearly lying....I don't have SKY TV, nor an account).
He was pushy and rude and kept laughing inanely when I told him to go away. I called him "stupid" which he didn't like "don't call me stupid". I continued to call him stupid until he hung up. -

I really do think it is Sky.
I have just requested a MAC to depart from Sky (was actually with Be, service now taken over by Sky), young lady caller knew all about it.
Requested feedback as to why I was leaving. No attempt to sell me anything. -

Sky attempting to persuade users of O2 Broadband to move to Sky TV & broadband packages for an extra charge. They've been calling almost daily for months now and I've not answered once.
ColdCallHater replied 1/24/14, 4:39 PM08000232588 - Calls every day. I cut them off when I see this number. I've NEVER had 02 Broadband!ColdCallHater replied 1/24/14, 7:58 PMUpdate to my previous post ---
Had 08000232588 call me every day, each time I saw number I hung up. However I eventually got fed up and rang the number. Automated reply, saying is is SKY "If you wish to take your number off our list, press 1" - I did so - then - "please enter the number and press the hash key" - - I did so. Should have done that 6 months ago!" -

silentwitness reported posing as SKY with the number +448000232588 as Harassment calls
just received a call from 08000232588 caller identified himself as an agent for SKY, knew my current account type and monthly bill, also expiry date for my package tried to offer me a better deal to continue for another twelve mnths when my current package expires, I asked him to call back at amore convenient time. I then telephoned sky who advised me they were NOTHING to do with this number and that calls from sky are usually 03000 not 08000 - DEFINATELY not from sky or one of its third parties and is most definitely a scam please do not fall into the trap of giving any personal information out over the phone to anyone until you have verified their identity.
