I have been called by this number regularly in the last 2 months. The person either puts the phone down without speaking after I have said "hello"...presumably they don't want to speak to a male. Or if they do speak, usually asking for a random name, I ask "who's speaking?" they put the phone down!
Obviously a SCAM.
