Ignoring TPS.
Trying to sell mortgages. They seemed to miss the point when I explained I'm an MD of a Mortgage Company. The girl just kept on with her sales patter reagrdless. Made some unsubstantiated claim about FSA (obviously not realised that its now FCA) wanting people to review their mortgage arrangements
Its this type of activity that gives the industry a bad name.
