I had been getting messages from SEXYBABES unaware that i was being charged 2.50 each sms recieved, i tracked intrugo and called them to state my mobile provider had tallied up the sms charges and it would be £220 they told me i would recieve a pay refund i havent received anything as of yet. but seemed quite helpful.
Del replied 6/23/15, 12:08 PMI was charged £27 per month for 4 months I rang Three my mobile provider and they transferred me to the company who I spoke with who said they would send a cheque. I received a cheque for £108 2 days later in the post from Intrugo Limited. Never had I signed up or used the service. -

I have no idea why i started receiving texts from "hot mobile babes", I ignored and deleted them for a number of months until i was informed by my boss that £2.50 was being charged to my company phone bill every week. I contacted the company on 08081349827 chose option 1 to remove my number. Then I rang again chose option 3 to speak to an operator, they confirmed my number was removed, they couldn't tell me how I had been added to their subscription service BUT (and this is the IMPORTANT bit) they could see I hadn't used the service and offered me a FULL refund of over £100 to be sent by cheque.
If you just choose to STOP these messages you do not get a refund, You need to ring them! -

As with Tom Brown they text me and said i joined their picture sending service, which i NEVER joined, it told me to reply to the message with 'STOP' to a short code number, i cant do this as i have a cap on my phone. there was a number to call and a scottish answer machine told me to input my mobile phone no, i did, then it told me there was a error processing my details. i phoned my network provider (3) and told them about this, they gave me a number to phone, which i did from a land lilne, inputed my mobile number and was unsubscribed for their 'Services'.
