This Accident Helpline caller asked me if anyone in my household had an accident in the last 3 years. I told him no and asked him how he obtained my number. He ignored my question and became extremely pushy asking for my name and address, email or Facebook detail which I didn't provide. I asked him to remove me from his list but he continued to be really rude and very despondent probably due to the negative responses he had already been receiving that day so I told him calmly I was hanging up as I did not do business with cold callers. Fortunately he didn't attempt to call back.
