Just had two more calls from this outfit in the space of a couple of minutes. It is making me even more furious now than I was before, as I have today discovered that a friend has cancer. Even though I'm waiting for updates on her, I still dare not answer my phone because of these clowns and others like them. Today's calls were both curtailed before any message was left but both were from the same number which was offering me guaranteed returns yesterday.

Accustomed as I now am to allowing all daytime weekday calls to go straight to the answer machine, I have discovered this week that it is not even safe to answer the phone after 9.00p.m. These cretins have rung at least three evenings in the past week and they've now just rung twice in the space of a minute - after 6.30 on a Sunday evening! Each time, it is a recorded message with the first part missing but mentioning "guaranteed returns". Then it's the old "key 5 for details and 9 to be removed from our database"! I have no intention of keying anything but would like to know how I go about retaining my privacy and stopping these people from invading my home all day and every day.
