   When multiple people report these scam callers, why are they never acted upon? This particular scammer, has multiple 0843 numbers which are always being reported, yet nothing seems to get done.

    Same as everyone else...rings once and hangs up. Fed up as I have never had PPI etc, I do not want double glazing or the like but the calls keep coming! Don't answer unless you know the number is my opinion. Block or they just keep ringing.

    Noticed this number had called my mobile. Had not rung. Don't phone back as obvious a scam. Blocked. Have blocked numerous query numbers recently, new ones keep coming!!

    Usual thing - one quick part-ring then disconnect. The idea being to get you to ring high-cost number back. Don't - no reputable caller with something worth saying would call you from (or appearing to be from) an 0843 number.

    Ofcom say by returning their calls you will be charged UP TO 13pmin landline 43p min mobile (plus setup fee)
    So dont bother returning their call. Probably just a recorded message anyway.
