   I was expecting a parcel from Hong Kong. Received a message on my mobile (foreign voice) saying there was tax to pay. The tracking number given was correct (If you are quoted a tracking number, you can check it on DHL's website). When you call the number you will speak to a 'real' person, then transferred to the payment system is automated and secure.

   Can you prove its genuine? The message give very little information. Will DHL deliver the package or not until they get payment? Is the package being held hostage and us the customer, held to randsom? I find it all very suspicious!

   Just thinking about it. These parcels come in from abroad with the identification label on it, with name, address, phone number, parcel numbers etc...what to stop unscrupulous workers from setting up a scam like this?? I'm not paying anything.

   I got text message from this number about duty that have to be paid.
   If You go to DHL epayments webpage and enter invoice number (tracking number given by a sender) You will see it's genuine number
