   Was getting a load of these after switching to RAC.
   Despite asking the caller to remove my name and number, they kept on ringing daily.
   The company Cigna Insurance Services Europe is part of a huge international specialist insurance group. The Cigna Insurance Europe Ltd. CEO is Susan Stevenson.

   Write to her at that address making it very clear that you have asked to have your name removed from their system and it has been ignored.
   Give her 10 days from the date of the letter to remove your details from their system. Make it clear that after the 10 days, you will charge Cigna Insurance Europe Ltd. £25 for each call for your time to either answer the call or to playback the blank message from a missed call. Continued calls from them will be their agreement to those terms.

   I have recently joined the RAC and based on the above this is a nuisance call. i can only surmise that the RAC are selling personal info on to other companies. Pretty despicable if they are

   Every single day for months now they call, when i answer they just hang up!!!!!! After reading the above comments i have recently joined RAC, not sure if they sell on our info, whatever the case i'm not happy!

    This number calls daily around 1o'clock and I don't answer it. They are very persistent and have called on my husbands mobile also!!! Don't know who they are and will have to answer and tell them to stop calling. I didn't answer as I looked up commenys on websites. Looks like they won't go away. They have called daily for a couple of weeks or so now. I was recently so scammed badly over the phone so I am very wary.
